Are you 'All-Leg'??




There's the 'pear', the 'apple' the 'square'. And then there's the curvy and the boy-ish figure, the short and the tall, the thin, the athletic. After looking at many guides I have come to one simple realization. None of us fit into just one of these standards. Or two. Maybe three at the least. What is most frustrating is that many guides will assume that if you have a certain 'shape' your height and everything else will be a certain way- and this is just not so. That is why I am formulating a new guide that should be more helpful for targeting every need in a clear and comprehensive manner!

This ultra-condensed guide will finally allow you to find your VARIOUS body 'types' and 'issues', and actually find out exactly what will work best for you! No more guessing! :)

Long Legs

Typically, average height is somewhere between 5'4" and 5'6", above that is considered 'tall'. These are just standard industrial guidelines. Some people may even consider their legs long (in comparison to their short torso) at a height of 5'3", so there are no real rules to this. This section is just if you consider your legs to be long, or longer in proportion to your torso. This is something you neither want to play up too much or down too much, you just want to accentuate your legs nicely, and there are many great ways to do this!

•Pockets: You know those jeans with lower pockets? Like True Religion and Taverniti So? Well those are for you! They will help to give proportion to the legs.

•Cut: Jeans with wide trouser-cuff hems will suit your height as well, adding a nice balance.

•Rise: Definitely avoid high rises, this will add way too much leg to your already long legs!

•Wash: I would NOT recommend a pair of dark jeans with a vertical crease or line, they may make you seem incredibly tall (unless that’s what you are going for!). Also, avoid too much destruction or detailing along the leg, it will be too busy and make your upper half appear non-existent.

•Stretch or Rigid?: Not applicable to this particular area, it is dependent on other issues. Check your other areas of concern on this list to see what may be best for you.
